Welcome to Nvmix. By accessing or using the Nvmix API platform, Nvmix Client, and associated services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service. Please review them carefully.

By creating an account, acquiring API keys, or using the Nvmix platform, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes. You must not misuse our APIs, attempt to bypass access limitations, or run payloads designed to disrupt service delivery or compromise data security.

3. Billing and Wallets

API access is billed on a pay-as-you-go credit model. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. You are responsible for any charges incurred under your account and for securing your active API credentials.

4. Limitation of Liability

Nvmix services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Nvmix be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Your continued use of Nvmix services after modifications are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
